Please fill out and submit the application below. After I receive your registration form I will send you the link to complete registration and submit payment for the course or courses indicated.

After the form has been submitted you will be redirected to the program information page where you can complete your registration by using the links provided for each course. This will include payment submission.

Please note that if you cancel your registration you will receive a refund minus the transaction fee which is kept by the payment platform. For a $400 course this is about $12.

Payments are non-refundable or transferable starting 14 days before the course begins which is also the registration deadline. Registrations will be accepted after that date space permitting. There is an attendance limit of about 15 participants for each course.
