Please fill out and submit the application below. After I receive your registration form I will send you the link to complete registration and submit payment for the course or courses indicated. Your registration form must indicate all of the classes you are attending. If you decide to attend additional courses, submit another form (you don’t have to repeat information, just say “already answered”) with the new courses indicated.

Please note that if you cancel your registration you will receive a refund minus the transaction fee which is kept by the payment platform. For a $400 course this is about $12.

Payments are non-refundable or transferable starting 14 days before the course begins which is also the registration deadline. Registrations will be accepted after that date space permitting. There is an attendance limit of about 15 participants for each course.
