Ancestral Healing Workshops
Prerequisites:
We will be using the Ancestral Lineage Healing framework developed by Daniel Foor. Participants should have solid contact with the well ancestral collective on at least one of their lineages, preferably with at least one lineage completely well.
Participants should have confirmation from their well ancestors that the workshop would be beneficial for you and the lineage(s) at this time.
For those who haven’t done any ancestral lineage healing I offer this work through private sessions. In many cases making contact with well ancestors can be done within a small number of sessions, but for those who want to attend this workshop I recommend starting ideally two or more months in advance.

In this online workshop we will be collaborating with our wise and well ancestors to bring healing to our creative, intuitive, and physical voices. As the voice is connected to personal truth and the ability to be authentically visible and present in the world, it can impact many aspects of our creative, personal, and professional lives.
Ancestral patterns can contribute significantly to inhibitions of voice. Vows of silence or secrecy, persecution for political or religious views, cultural suppression, and religious prohibitions on intuition and other forms of spirituality are some of the experiences of our ancestors that can become inherited patterns of vocal inhibition. Advocating for the healing of these patterns can free your voice and restore ancestral gifts of creative and vocal expression.
Time in this workshop will be spent connecting with your wise and well ancestors, asking to be shown ancestral patterns that are impacting your voice, and advocating healing for you and your lineages. We will use simple vocal practices and Sound Healing Meditations to engage the energy centers that hold keys to freeing your voice.
This course is for you if you:
- Want to break ancestral patterns of suppression of voice and personal expression.
- Want better relationships with your physical, creative, and intuitive voices.
- Feel like there is more to your voice than is being realized and want greater freedom and facility of expression.
- Experience fear of expressing your voice publicly.

9:30am – 4:30/5:00pm PT each day with a one hour break around noon. The last 45 minutes or so of the day will be a sound meditation to help integrate the work.

The Christian dead, who are often also the more recent dead, can be a sticky demographic for some people engaging in Ancestral Lineage Healing. The Christian dead can be unsure about the lineage healing process and can be afraid of transitioning after death. Sometimes they are also wary of the “non-Christian” aspects of the life paths of their descendants in ways that can create intentional or unintentional obstacles. For some who engage the ancestral lineage healing process, the Christian dead may be impeding your ability to connect with the well ancestors, and may be “clamoring at the gates” so to speak and pushing boundaries. Sometimes there is a need for the pre-Christian ancestors and the Christian dead to reconcile their different approaches to the sacred.
In my work with the Christian dead – first as a part of psychopomp work (helping the dead transition) and then as part of the Ancestral Lineage Healing process – I have found ways to mediate successfully with this demographic and will be offering this mediation practice as part of this workshop.
In this workshop we will connect with our wise and well ancestors with the intention of facilitating healing with the Christian dead. Our approach will be compassionate and respectful of the spiritual orientation of all parties.
This course is for you if:
- You have not-yet-well Christian dead in your lineages who are pushing boundaries or are otherwise creating blocks or problems with the lineage healing process.
- You want to work with your well ancestors on reconciling the pre-Christian and Christian dead in your lineages and possibly within yourself.
- Your well ancestors say it would be useful for you and/or the lineages at this time.
