To register (more instructions for each part below):
- Fill out the Registration Form below.
- Use the “Complete Registration” button below to submit payment and receive the Zoom links for sessions. Your place in the course will be held once payment is submitted. This payment is non-refundable or transferable after October 16th.
We will be using the Zoom conferencing platform. If you haven’t already, install Zoom on your device(s) well in advance of our first session.
Step 1: Fill out the form below and click on the “Submit Form” button. Starred fields are required. You may want to copy any long answers onto another document in case something happens with the form submission. In filling out the form you will be sent an e-mail invitation to sign up for my (infrequent) newsletter, which you can use to accept or ignore the invitation.
Step 2: Click on the “Complete Registration” button below. Set your time zone (after setting using the drop-down menu, click the “Set time zone” button, then “Continue”). Fill out the fields indicated and select “Pay Now”.
